Sushi Edomaé - Saint-Constant

Absolutely fantastic! I've tried almost everything on the menu, and it has all been delicious. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and if you're looking to take your food to go, everything is packaged in individual containers, which is perfect for hot dishes like yakisoba.

The service was excellent. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. I will definitely return.

The sushi was extremely fresh, and the portions were generous for the price. However, the soy sauce was a bit too salty.

One thing to say: this is the best sushi restaurant! I've never had sushi this good before. When I heard that their restaurant had caught fire, I felt really sad. I hope the owners are okay and know that if they decide to reopen, they will have loyal customers ready to support them.
