Dairy Queen - Saint Croix Falls

We had BY FAR the best experience we ever had in a DQ, or any fast food restaurant for this matter! A wonderful lady named Dana made our night. She was so polite and went out of her way to meet our needs, even offering refills like a sit down restaurant. We had my toddler nephew with our family, and if many restaurant staff there were eyes and another inconvenience of a singing, energetic child irritated or rolling, Dana welcomed him and his temperature-controlled energy and volume with a huge smile and a DQ look. The food was great, came on time, and she even apologized for it taking longer than she expected. We hadn't noticed it sincerely. Dana is an excellent example of the amazing customer service we all expected and appreciated, which is unfortunately very rare today. I hope her enthusiasm rubs on colleagues! If you're in the area, stop and see Dana. Let them know that their commitment to their career is noticed!

Very good service and delicious food during their half off special day. Its been awhile since I've been to this location so very impressed.

I frequently visited this Dairy Queen, and I always had a good experience. They prepared our blizzards quickly, and I really liked the new caramel cheesecake flavor. The party van in the parking lot was an added bonus.

The line accommodated at least 14 cars, but the wait time was only about ten minutes overall. I'm truly impressed by how fast their service was! Great job, team!

The customer service was outstanding. I needed a custom cake on short notice, and they exceeded my expectations. You can't go wrong with an ice cream cake for any occasion or birthday, no matter how old you are.
