Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken

Went there to order and the excuse I heard was the cook didn't hear to put down chicken. So all that was left was dark meat. 81.00 for chicken thighs and legs. Not so much as a sorry for the inconvenience. Pretty sure I'll try to avoid this store in the franchise. Can't get a good experience with no issues in the last few years.

Ordered the family deal and paid extra for additional sides. Confirmed with the staff that they were in the bag. Didn't want to block traffic so I drove away with only a quick glance. Got home (30 miles away) and I'm missing multiple items. I get that an item might get missed sometimes, but 3 out of 7 really sucks. Not gonna waste money here again.

We put on many miles today (9-9-19) and where happy to see this KFC because it’s one of our favorite food stops! This place is full of some pretty incredible kitchen/counter staff!! I enjoy being in a place where the employees are good at their job and it’s easy to see they enjoy it!! Keep up the good work Sunday 3:00pm Crew!!

The lady at the register was wiping snot from Her nose then didn’t even wash her hands...then start touching our items that our food was going in/touching.. and with out washing her hands.... then when we said something she acted like we where in the wrong...: I do not recommend this KFC....

I've lived in the area for 11 years, and still have not had a problem free experience or visit. There's always a problem every time we go , always an excuse, half the time they're out of chicken, you're a chicken place how can you continually be out of chicken! you have a 50-50 shot as to how friendly the server will be, and then they close early all the time. I'm not normally a complainer, look up my name on Google reviews , I've done well over a hundred reviews and 98% are positive five star reviews. I usually try and find the best in places, but I can't even find mediocrity in this store. if you're in the mood for KFC, hopefully you have the opportunity to go by a different store. my wife and I stop at the Forest Lake store whenever we're in the cities to avoid the nonstop drama in excuses of the St Croix Falls KFC.
