Bidra med feedbackOn a bustling Saturday afternoon, the line moved at a decent pace. As always, the orange chicken, fried rice, and chow mein were delicious. My daughter ordered shrimp with white rice and had no complaints. The restaurant was very clean, including the tables. There are seating options available both inside and on the terrace. They also appeared to be handling takeout orders, which slowed things down a bit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
This restaurant boasts a cozy location within a shopping district, directly across from a second large shopping center. It offers easy accessibility and provides quick, friendly service, along with delicious food.
As someone new to the area, I've enjoyed Panda Express at locations in other states. However, my recent experiences here have been disappointing. It's frustrating to wait about 45 minutes for your food, only to find they've run out of many items. I've gone there three times, arriving just 45 minutes before closing, and each time I was left with limited choices. Tonight, the lo mein I received seemed old and had a gummy texture with no flavor. Unfortunately, I think I'll stick to dining elsewhere in the future.
Omg, I'm never disappointed with the food here. The participants are very helpful and friendly. I feel that I always get great portions, no matter what plate size I choose.
Line was extremely slow, workers seemed lackadaisical and didn't care at all. The cashier, Cris, sold me a warm coke. After kindly explaining it was warm, I asked if I could just get a cup to put ice in to be on my way. She hands me the smallest cup they have which couldn't possibly hold all the coke from the glass bottle, especially if there was ice in it. I asked for a slightly larger cup and she refused. After going back and forth with her about four times, in front of an entire line that reached to the door, she finally gave me a cup big enough to hold the entire coke. I filled it with ice, dumped my coke in, and left. Not sure if the front cooler wasn't working that day which is why the cokes were warm, but it didn't seem like a quick cup to compensate would've been that big of a deal. Hopefully Cris had a great day and she didn't take offense to me asking for the cup, I didn't mean it maliciously! I love Panda Express and the food was great as always.
