Communications and procurementPassing through the region, we checked by calling to find out if the restaurant 's menu really had vegan options as listed on their website, because I really wanted to share a vegan pizza with friends. The person who answered the phone said I don 't know, we told him it was look on the website. She only answered a simple ah ok! .Arrive the very nice waitress told us that there was none. It was a surprise! In talking with the manager, she told us that she did not have products in stock all the time and did not have time to check the deliveries which arrived the same day. Also she felt attacked when I explained that it was false advertising. In the end, his argument is not you 're right, we 're sorry, it 's unacceptable but more we can 't do the job of stock management and properly train our staff, what do you want you to do? to place oneself as a victim when one has chosen to be a franchisee and to sell products resulting from the exploration and murder of sentient animals. It is shameful !She finally agreed to give me a discount on one of my dishes. These were good but nothing more. The vegevitalité burger (what a m name without sauce (given the inability to have vegan sauce was correct but below what the trade offers (after reflection it was dry, so how long has it been? did they have in the fridge??? . The pasta was good and adding vegetables quickly makes the bill rise and nothing out of the ordinary either.In conclusion, dear vegan friend or vegan apprentice, the vegan site cannot recommend the Boston Pizza branch in Saint-Georges given the great risk of not having the options mentioned and despite the vegetarian choice there are not enough interesting varieties for the most gourmet among us. This is why the L 'Osti d 'vegan team gives it a rating of two out of five stars. Hoping that more effort at Boston Pizza is put on the vegan options rather than the cadaver dishes.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian yes, vegan good luck! ;
Poutine with smoked meat: the smoked meat does not allow you to appreciate the spicy flavor. I wish they were small slices of smoked meat.
My dining experience at this restaurant was underwhelming. The steak in my steak au jus sandwich was tough and hard to chew. Each bite took a long time to finish due to the texture of the meat. The dipping sauce tasted notably of onion soup. The Caesar salad served with the sandwich was small. While the slice of cheesecake was generous in size, it lacked in taste and texture. The service was slow, despite the restaurant not being busy that night.
bit slow service but the food was delicious. The ambiance was cozy and intimate. Would recommend to others.
