Bidra med feedbackI don't believe the other reviews truly represent my experience at Basha. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. My wife enjoyed the vegetarian plate, which she absolutely loved. I had the beef wrap, and it was excellent. However, the highlight for me was the side of potatoes topped with garlic sauce. I’m not exaggerating when I say they might be the best potatoes I've ever tasted. If I lived in this area, I would definitely be dining here a couple of times a month.
The rice was extremely hard, likely because it had been left in the warmer for too long and lost its moisture. Additionally, the prices were a bit higher compared to other Bashas, even those on the island.
Every aspect of the dishes we ordered sucked. The chicken was dry and bland, the garlic sauce had no seasoning, the salad was soggy but the worst was the falafel! What we were sent can't even be called falafel! The balls we so hard we could barely cutthrough them with a kitchen knife! Texture was like eating sand! Felt like day old, double or triple fried balls of gravel...Completely unedible! Avoid this restaurant. They obviously dont care about the food they serve.
I received an incomplete order and the wrong pita. I'm very disappointed.
I must say that my experience at Basha doesn't quite align with some of the other reviews I've read. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. My wife tried the vegetarian dish and absolutely loved it. I enjoyed the beef stew, which was excellent. However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the side of garlic potatoes—they were hands down the best potatoes I've ever had. If I lived in this area, I would definitely eat here several times a month!
