Bidra med feedbackWe used to gastronomic evenings, we had a very good night at the cabanon. the welcome was warm and we enjoyed the advice from our two guests, because the chef also comes out of his kitchen which is very appreciable. the card is restricted but effective and allows each to find a dish to its taste. She changes every three months. the dishes were cooked with class (and a lot of love) the products are very fresh and excelled. the flavor of the different elements on the plate remains always authentic and they blend harmoniously between them. decoration remains fairly simple but effective in a setting where wood dominates. a few pictures retrace the history of the restaurant and undoubtedly allow to link the modern cuisine of the chef to the tradition of his restaurant. a booking is highly recommended!

It is on good ratings that we reserved a table at the cabanon. But we didn't imagine the treasures that hid this restaurant so discreet. each dish was a feast, with original touches of the country, discoveries of flavors and even some tasteful devines proposed by the patron. a journey of papillae in the high-savoyard gardens.
An address out of time and conventions with a look cottage that goes well the kitchen is nearby, all in a clean and neat atmosphere with small background music on the quiet meuh radio. with smile and relax this hut held by a young couple of enthusiasts awakens the senses in all its definitions. we left on a "total" menu to the ratio of excellent price. We are transported in a succession of new and very adjusted tastes. We think we know, but we're often next door. The idea is precisely to discover what we have in the plate, and to the lovers of flowers they have of all colors...It is a kitchen just without complex assembly, with fresh products of proximity and season, all perfectly revisited. No doubt, everything is entirely handmade. The dishes come together without waiting it's nice, yet we take the time of things, there's no stress .. and for the curious the chef and his companion give you their secrets with cheer and passion. The wine map is simple with safe values and beautiful discoveries. for the foods the card is renewed at each season with sometimes it looks like best of menus to relive the best moments. we will return it is safe ... I finish on desserts, it is the real happy end ... there is also a real pastry mastery ... and finally the tisane is something :) again thank you
A very warm welcome, really successful dishes, full of original flavors. excellent foie gras ravioli, perfect fish cooking, original accompaniments (pure of celery, round zucchini, etc.) the light strawberry vanilla cart and perfectly seasonal. with various herbal teas to finish. A real moment of pleasure. has recommended without hesitation.
