A beautiful map, traditional cuisine, generous and very good dishes, local products to be discovered. We chose the basquaise chicken for one and the Basque goat for the others; dishes accompanied by cider. We recommend.

A superb discovery, authentic cuisine. Traditional cuisine will conquer you. Michelle and Olivier share Basque culture through culinary art. The axoa is a wonder as well as the mud. Copious kitchen.
