They advertise the $3 Cold Brew with a big sign and then charge $4.59. I told the girl at the window and she said it's because they charge .11 for an extra shot. Okay, but its still almost $2 more. She said she will let them know and expected me to leave.So when I insisted she check right then and there, they told her to give me a dollar and they will look into it... Franchises donot need to be that greedy where they advertise a nationwide price but charge full price... on top on of that, the cup wasn'tfull snf it tastes nasty..
This location definitely needs work. They have a fly and wasp issue. Please get issue resolved before you are shut down for unsanitary conditions. The staff were polite.
This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. When I place an order through the app and they run out of an item, they just replace it with something else without informing me during pickup. When I go back to address the issue, they give me an attitude. Their customer service is terrible—there's never a smile or a friendly greeting, not even a simple "good morning." Additionally, they are inconsistent with their service and products. It's frustrating that I have to drive 10 minutes out of my way to visit another Dunkin', but I won't be returning to this one again.
I waited 15 minutes for a pumpkin spice latte, and when it finally arrived, they got the order wrong. When they brought the correct drink, the staff seemed annoyed. I really should have checked the reviews before choosing this place.
