I called to confirm that I could get two different sauces with my half-and-half pizza, and the manager said it would be fine if I called back after placing the online order. However, just two minutes after ordering, I received a call from a new employee who insisted that she couldn’t (or more accurately, wouldn’t) accommodate our request for the two sauces, despite our explanation that we had just been told it was acceptable. This was the most frustrating experience with staff I've ever encountered.
They seem to hoard the peppercorn ranch like it’s a scarce treasure. I typically order 22 wings online and, except for 2 occasions, I’ve added and paid for 3 containers of peppercorn ranch to accompany my wings. Almost every time, they either don’t give me any ranch at all or supply just 1 container. If I request the extra ranch I’ve paid for, I’m often met with a dirty look, as if I’m asking for something unreasonable. They frequently only provide 1 more container, even though I paid for 3, which leaves me short. Additionally, I attempted to place an order over the phone today and asked for extra ranch, only to be told that it was included with the order—only to find that none was actually provided. While this might seem trivial to some, I’m willing to pay for my food to be prepared the way I enjoy it, but even then, I don’t receive what I asked for. To top it off, when I tried to leave feedback through their review system, it responded that they couldn’t continue the survey based on the information I provided. I would advise against ordering from this place unless you’re okay with the likelihood of not receiving what you’ve requested.

We ordered takeout from this Pizza Hut, and while the food is usually quite good, our experience this time was disappointing. We requested a personal pan pizza with double maple bacon and red onions, but it came with hardly any toppings. The bacon wasn’t even the maple kind we expected, and the pizza was nearly devoid of sauce. To add to our frustrations, the cookie we ordered wasn't sliced, the salad didn’t come with a fork, and we didn’t receive a receipt. Overall, we have nothing against Pizza Hut in general, but this particular location did not meet our expectations, and we were left very unsatisfied.
Staff messes up simple clear requests. They lose orders, added chicken to a dish that didn’t even have chicken in it and when I expressly told them I didn’t want any. Every time out of the 3 times I’ve been there they have managed to mess up simple orders by being either idiotic or not able to take simple instructions. Big no from me and not coming back.
