Sunset Grill - Saint John

The eggs were cooked well, runny yolks and I didnt mind the nice big flat eggs compared to the traditional poached egg. The home fries were very bland and soggy, unsure of what they typically are like here but I feel this was definitely a bad batch; zero browning as shown in photos. They almost just taste like cubed, boiled potatoes. The pea meal bacon was phenomenal on it but the Hollandaise Sauce (3 Oz. could have definitely used some more lemon juice to brighten it up/get the traditional flavour down a little better. Overall it was a decent meal but the fries were definitely disappointing and almost inedible.

Their bacon and home fries are fire, scrambled eggs and pancake were meh

Good version of eggs Benedict. 3 eggs instead of 2. Good coffee. Attentive staff, asked multiple times for refills. Would recommend.

10 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes for a server to come and take order for drinks, another 5 minutes to take food order and then another 15-20 minutes for the food to be served. No utensils, no napkins, nothing. Food was great tho.

Not a bad spot for breakfast. I wish you get just 1 or 2 eggs rather than 3. A 3 eggs Benny is enough for a whole family.
