The food was very good. Prices are a bit high, but coupons are available. For whatever reason, we had three different servers during the course of dinner.Parking: The restaurant is surrounded by a vast parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp out front, and most of the tables in the dining room are accessible; the booths are not.

The staff were personal and very efficient despite being understaffed. The manager aided the staff and was very apologetic when they were not able to get the food out on time. The food was hot and standard for Swiss Chalets. Over all very good restaurant and the staff made the wait for the food worth it with all the check in's.

They were short staffed and yet it was some of the greatest service I've ever dealt with. The manager was really helpful and I would recommend going to this

Unfortunately we had a bad experience at Swiss Chalet yesterday as well as the time before that. Our male server did not write down the orders and messed up both of our orders. I wanted white meat and got dark meat and we wanted soup and got fries. Our server also didn't check up on us after we got the food. As this was the second bad time with the same server, we felt included to leave a review to improve service. Every server needs to write down orders for accuracy and to do a 2 minute check up after receiving meals. I doubt we will be back.
