Thai Express Saint John

I go there for lunch about as much as I can afford it. Service is always speedy and polite. Food is always awesome (probably the best pad Thai you can get in New Brunswick). And although the prices can be high, they cram enough carbs in those little boxes to feed an orphanage, so you won't be wasting your money. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend it to any lovers of Thai food.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but I strongly advise against ordering through their website. I placed an order and when I went to pick it up, they were closed, despite receiving an email receipt stating my order would be ready at 5:10 PM — the exact time I arrived. When I called the next day, they claimed they couldn't find my order, even though I had the receipt. I simply asked them to prepare the food I had already paid for, but they refused, saying they couldn't fulfill the order without a second payment because they had no record of it due to being closed. It’s baffling that their website allowed me to place an order when they weren't open. Given this experience, I do not recommend ordering online if you decide to dine here.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food lacked flavor, and the staff were not friendly at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. To top it off, the WiFi wasn't working either.
