Bono's Pit -b-q - SAINT JOHNS

I visited this restaurant with a group, and the meal was simply average—nothing special or remarkable about it. The tables were sticky, as was the floor, and we ended up having to clean the table ourselves. While I would rate it as nearly average, I've had much better experiences at other Bono's locations, where cleanliness and food preparation were considerably improved.

Feeling disappointed, we ultimately asked for a refund. We could hear the staff discussing us behind the counter. The woman at the front avoided making eye contact as she handed us the receipt; I thanked her, but she didn’t respond. We didn't cause a commotion—we merely wanted what we had paid for. We ended up driving to the other Bono's location in Neptune Beach, where the food was delicious and the staff was friendly, as always. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this Bono's anytime soon.

This is easily the worst Bonos I've ever been to. I left feeling like they took my hard-earned money without providing any value.

Always a terrific experience! Food is great and you are treated like family! Highly recommend!

Ordered 2 dinners and 1 app. One dinner had the wrong sides and one dinner had wrong meat combo. For a $50 meal after tax, tip and service charges, you expect the food to be correct. Receipt had order correct items but packages meals were wrong. The Food was cooked ok.
