Buck Burgers Brew - Saint Joseph

We've lived in the area for years and have always said we'd try this place, and we finally did. The service was excellent, and the onion rings were delicious. However, the rest of the food was just average and definitely not worth the price, especially since all of the burgers and sandwiches came with overcooked chips that tasted burnt. I probably wouldn't return. The night before, we dined at the Brick House, and the food was much better, less expensive, and it came with fries.

Thank goodness for Cassie! I had stopped coming to this place because of a particular bartender, who is thankfully no longer here. The Ahi Tuna is absolutely delicious! I've really missed it. Thanks, Cassie!

I enjoyed the trendy atmosphere of the restaurant. The beer was served cold, and the food was delicious with generous portions. Our waitress, Bethany, was very attentive.

I am completely disappointed because I am a long-time customer, I love the food, and I still can't believe what happened. I never imagined being treated the way I was there. The hostess at the door gave us the option of a table downstairs or one outside. We chose downstairs because I wasn’t familiar with the outside area. Once inside the restaurant, I decided to change tables and asked my husband to inform the hostess. The waiter (a tall man who works upstairs) started yelling at me in front of all the customers, saying that I had to speak with the hostess myself, even though I explained that my husband had already spoken to her. He kept yelling and humiliating me in front of everyone, telling me to leave. I questioned why he was treating me that way, and he kept shouting. Completely out of control. I left feeling terrible. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life.
