Our second visit but it had been a long time since the firstHappily the restaurant is as good as it was then, and maybe even better.

Excellent meal in a cozy ambiance with great service, but let's put this in context.

From the service to the food to the ambiance everything was just excellent. My husband ordered the 4 course meal and I ordered the steak. The amuse bouche was a gazpacho which I love, when I asked if I could order it as an appetizer the waiter brought me my own amuse bouche. The bread was phenomenal- I believe it's made in house. He then had the tuna tartare and the fish of the day which were both fantastic. I had the beef and each part was beyond delicious - I especially loved the local mushrooms. It had a mustard in it and I'm not a fan of strong mustards so I asked them to go light on the mustard - no problems - perfect. For dessert I shared the ice cream layer dessert that came with my husband's meal. Superb. Through all this the service was impeccable. My husband wanted a glass of wine, the waiter made some suggestions and let my husband taste both. Waiter's description of the wine was spot on. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

I would highly recommend SEb l'artisan Culinaire. The food was exquisite and the service was great. It was a memorable night out.

We saved SEb L'Artisan Culinaire for our last and celebratory dinner in Tremblant... we wished we had gone there for EVERY dinner... it was that wonderful! We were seated at a nice table in the corner and we enjoyed excellent service by both Alexandres. The four course dinner is a great value especially when it includes apricot tarte tatin w/vanilla ice cream... best we have ever had! Main course choices of veal and fish were excellent, too, as were the other courses (gazpacho and soft shell crab). And good choices on the wines-by-the-glass listing. On at least one best restaurant list SEb Artisan Culinaire Is ranked #1 in the area... we agree!
