I have been to this place a few times for some reason somebody doesn't know how to read a order?. For the 2nd time I ordered a Giant Chicken Cheesteak Sandwich ended up with a regular Steak Sandwich which was extremely disappointing as it was very salty from the Steak sitting in the Au Jus. I don't understand why it seems to be so hard to read a order thoroughly prepare what the customer has requested!! Maybe they need an Expedited to call the orders in clearly someone to check that the order is prepared the way that the customer requested before it is given to the customer??? I can understand business being busy getting caught up in the moment, but as I said this is the 2nd time!! I used to rave about Jersey Mike's being better than a competitor, but after these latest experiences I am starting to wonder... The best sandwich that I have had there was a BLT sandwich then probably their Tuna sandwich..

My first time here today with my mom for lunch. IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOD.?? I got the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak w/ chipotle mayo. They prepare your food fresh and fast. The staff is also super awesome and friendly. I will definitely return and spread the word! I mean what more could you ask for with food like this? Good customer service goes a long way. Keep up the good work guys! ??

I found it quite difficult to enjoy my meal. The food was drenched in a sauce and ended up being quite soggy.
