La Gougra - Saint-Luc

Pour moi, la meilleure fondue dans un cadre familial et chaleureux. Il y en a pour tous les goûts (simple, tomates, légumes, champignons, lardons) et c'est délicieux, sans oublier le coup du milieu.

This place is absolutely fabulous, with a beautiful hug. It is worth venting from the other villages in Val d’Anniviers. The burgers and the service were top class. We looked so good, I think of the main woman. So friendly and great with our children. They make every attempt to source everything locally, including beef for burgers. Great place where we are regular visitors.

No better fondue anywhere in the world. Customers come from Geneva and often from Sierre (a half hour drive). Some local Michelin star cuisine have recognized the exquisite mix that has inspired villagers and tourists for three decades, since the Zufferey family took over this diocese and led them in the best sympathetic way. Warm atmosphere, welcome and even advice to choose among the few varieties of fondues. If you are in the region, it is worth the trip to this beautiful little hamlet and its houses and barns from the 18th century. Century. A very secret secret.

Als Freiburger schätze ich Raclette bei meinen Walliser Cousins, aber Fondue ist Freiburger... Zum Teufel, es war im Wallis, in Gougra de St. Jean, dass ich das beste Fondue der Welt gegessen habe... mit Tomaten! Kein Hass, denn die Walliser sind unsere Cousins, aber verdammt, das beste Fondue ist nicht fribergisch! Herrliche Umgebung, freundliches Personal, mehr als angemessene Preise... aaah, ich werde zurückkommen!!!!

Da ich regelmäßig im Sierre d'Anniviers bin, war es fast unvermeidlich, dass ich in diesem kleinen Restaurant lande, von dem mir die Qualität der Fondue und Käseschnitten so sehr empfohlen wurde. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht, denn das Essen war wirklich sehr gut und passte perfekt zum Rahmen des Skiurlaubs. Kurz gesagt, ein entzückender Ort, an dem die verschiedenen Fondues die Besucher sicherlich begeistern werden! Eine Qualität, die Sie zum Beispiel nicht in meinem Heimatland finden werden.
