La Boucherie - Saint-Malo-de-Beignon

We went to dinner in this restaurant and had one of the worst meals everywhere. we were in this chain often in different share france and luxemburgs. rump steak was so hard that it was almost unpredictable. they changed it once for one that was just as bad. To be fair, they offered to change them again, but we would have been there all night! no reduction was made to the bill. a embarrassing waitress apologised effortlessly, but clear management did nothing to fix the situation. we will never visit this chain again.

We had eaten in another one in limoges, so we were glad to find one on our overnight in saint malo and we are certainly not disappointed. Although it is on a large retail park near the aquarium, there is a beautiful atmosphere when. they go with many locals at the table making it lively and welcoming. our son enjoyed his burger and the entrecotes for my man and I were perfectly cooked with a good selection of sauces. we treated ourselves on a bottle of the chateau de l’engarran, which had previously enjoyed so much that it was a very happy evening for us! loved the fact that the bell was ringing at the bar and was greeted each time with a cheer, and were so satisfied when we paid our bill and left a tipp that the bell was ranked as we had not made it before!

La boucherie is just a short walk from the grand aquarium and is a good alternative to the aquarium restaurant. it was very busy too day when we visited, and the demand for tables (both in the restaurant and on the terrace) was so that. we had a 20-minute waiting time to take place. that is, the waiters made sure that the table was prepared before we brought him to it. the menu is varied with food and child options and the bar had a large selection of drinks available. Although the staff was torn by the feet, they worked as a well-oiled unit, nothing was neglected and they took time to discuss our requirements and to chat about our visit in the opposite. the food was well prepared, saw attractiv on the plate and at the same time came to the table for each of us. customers pay their bills at the bar and if a tip is left, the cash box rings a bell and the entire restaurant staff cried, merci nice touch!

We have been here before and nothing changes. The service is excellent, the staff speak excellent English, and the menu choice is extensive.....What more can one say.

Service rapide et sympathique, cuisine soignée et produit qualitatif. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ce type de restaurant de chaîne.
