For my part, I was never too attracted to the foie gras in a hamburger to be afraid of being epic of both (and yet I safronne foie gras and burgers! Come on, let's taste it! The result is a subtle balance not to say PARFAIT!! The just dose of foie gras and jam, the little cream softens everything, the precise cooking... TOP! I've been thinking about it all week. I spit for tonight again. The only negative point, but it doesn't deserve less star, I'll have to taste the others! Anyway, delicious!
