Bidra med feedbackI recently had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. It seems they are always unprepared; there was no sign indicating they were only taking online orders, leaving us waiting at the door. We had hoped to place our order in person, but we were left waiting. To make matters worse, the ice machine has been broken for six months! They also seemed to run out of ingredients during dinner service and didn't bother to replenish them, even though the restaurant was open for several more hours. I honestly don't understand how the staff hasn’t changed, given all the negative experiences we've had here—this was the last straw for us, prompting me to finally write this review.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. During my first visit, I waited 45 minutes for my meal, even though there were only two people in front of me. By the time I received my food, it was cold. I decided to give it another try, this time ordering online. Unfortunately, my order was ready for pickup five minutes later than expected, and when I arrived, they hadn't even started preparing it. There were three employees at the counter, but they just stood there and didn't begin making my bowl. I'm not sure why, especially since there was no one else waiting. Overall, I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Here's what a $12 salad bowl looks like (ordered online for pickup). It barely contained any guacamole, just some generic salad, and cold meat. Very disappointing.
Absolutely terrible, I ordered for picking up at 3:10 and not get my food up to 3:40 and the worst part is, I was one of 6 people in the branch through the time I came and did not go like there was a lot of orders to make when I opened the burrito it was literally a piece of meat in a place and no where else
This location is the worst location so far! Not clean, dirty place, bad service! Always don?t have ingredients, waiting time 20-40 min! I hope they will do some changes!
