I took an empowerment retreat and the mats were not clean, my skin broke out in itchy rashes and I tested positive for shingles. Very disappointing experience in an unclean facility. I now have scars on my legs. Wishing I wouldn’t have went.Also, there was no suggestion in the emails to bring your own mat. That would’ve been helpful to know ahead of time.

The food and drinks were fantastic, but the staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everything and everyone was delightful and welcoming.
