Better Byrd - SAINT PETERSBURG

I liked the new idea of queso and fries on a chicken sandwich (I went specifically to try it). It was fine, but not in the list of the best chicken sandwiches I had. It is a fun room, and people can order different concepts from a couple. Many interior and exterior seats when I left.

They removed over half their menu, and only sell chicken sandwiches now (which admittedly are good). They no longer serve bowls, and they completely removed all there vegetarian options. They no longer sell tofu or even cauliflower. They never even gave an explanation. Betterbyrd is no longer vegan friendly, which is fine, but be honest about it.

My chicken sandwich was very good. The fries were barely warm. Chips guac really good. The drink we had was not very good. Semi-sweet strawberry, i think with kiwi? Tea. Very strange tasting. Nice and clean, staff, was nice and helpful. The outside seating area was cozy with a nice shelter from traffic.

Super delicious chicken sandwiches. Really like what they did with the space and you have the option to choose from their different brands: Taco Dirty, Sweet Soul, betterByrd and FK all in one spot ??????

Saw this restaurant listed as top ten places for fried chicken in Tampa bay. The Mac and cheese was great, but the chicken had minimal flavor. The restaurant itself was dirty despite having a ton of staff standing around. I would say it?s over priced and taste like something you could get at a fast food drive through.
