Domino's Pizza - SAINT PETERSBURG

Buyer beware of ordering pizza from this business on 8th Street. I ordered pizza online for delivery on Friday, June 17th. Upon delivery the delivery guy informed me that I needed to pay for the pizza and I informed him that I had paid online. He told me that the ticket shows Not Paid and if would be $19. I gave him $20 plus $3 for a tip took the receipt from the delivery guy to check Not Paid but he told me that he needed the receipt back so I gave it to him. I checked my CC account on Monday that the store did charge my card for the purchase of $22 which also included a tip. I went to the store to resolve and was tole to leave my name and number and someone would contact me. No one called my so I made and online claim in regards to the incident and a week later still no one from the business has attempted to contact me. A pizza that was going to cost me $19 without a tip now has costs me double the costs plus $7 in a tip trying to do the right thing. Will not order from Domino's again, which I know will not hurt their business but lesson learned should have kept the receipt.

The best way to order from dominos is by far online. 3 med 2 topping pizza under $20 with online coupon

Unbelievably bad experience. Don’t ever order from this store or Dominos in general at this point. Ordered over an hour and a half ago no movement on the pizza tracker after halfway. Called the store three times waited on hold for 20 minutes just to speak with someone. when they finally answered they said it would be 2 to 3 hours for delivery. Terrible terrible service. And then when I said I will have to cancel they hung up on me. So now I’m going to have to contact my credit card for a refund

I love not getting their pizza wrong, but I ordered car page delivery and they stopped the timer and I had to get into my pizza 7 minutes later! I asked everything I got, I wasn't. I have at least twice or more pizza in the week. not cool, you owe me a free pizza. I have screenshots that I will send to the company!

They NEVER pick up the phone....NEVER!!! Iv have never seen a dominoes or even a restaurant with so many 1 star reviews..... DOMINOES CORPORATE NEEDS TO FIX THIS PLACE!!! Preppers name is always kevin I ordered at 10pm. Order canceled at 12 pm at closing. Tried to place order at 1150pm...order also canceled. They need to do better. This is pathetic. And I mean that strongly.
