Pdq St. Pete - SAINT PETERSBURG

The restaurant itself is very clean, including the restroom, and when I returned from the restroom, my food was ready and waiting for me. I consider that to be GREAT SERVICE! Thank you for your EXCELLENT customer service, which is hard to find these days. Keep up the great work!

I found a piece of bone in my chicken sandwich. However, after reaching out to the email below, I received a very friendly response, and they immediately offered to resolve the issue. Although this experience warrants a star, I still think they are a great company, so I'm updating my rating to 3 stars.

I ordered two meals, consisting of five pieces each, along with mac and cheese and a slice of chocolate cake, totaling $33. I was instructed to wait in my car, and after 15 minutes, they finally brought out my food. The staff member apologized for the wait and explained that the food had to be made fresh. However, my disappointment set in when I got home. The fries were not fresh, and my soda was watered down. I'm not sure if the fries had been double-fried or burned, but they didn't taste good. I’ve dined here several times before and had positive experiences, but this time was different. Additionally, you can’t enter to check on your order since the doors are locked, and the phone was just put on hold. On a positive note, the chocolate cake and mac and cheese were good. Overall, I was let down by the rest of the meal.

After the order, spicy offers were delivered 30 seconds. they were not crispy or warm. I think they just gave me everything that was lying around. good sauces tho, bad huh

I 've tried to like pdq, in the three times that I 've eaten at one I 've never been served bad food, just nothing special. Let 's take pdq sauce for example, it 's OK. But it pales in comparison to another chicken place 's signature sauce. The fries are mid- range, and the chicken is no better than the competition. The only reason I can think of to go to pdq is it 's something different and it isn 't even that.
