Pizza Hut - SAINT PETERSBURG

My grandson enjoys this restaurant, but unfortunately I do not share the same sentiment. Delivery service and food are both rated a 3 out of 5.

The manager, "Vic," is incredibly rude and should not be in a managerial position. He lacks customer service skills and claimed he never took our order because he was "busy." He also falsely stated that we had no order history, despite being loyal customers for many years. Vic urgently needs to undergo training to improve his basic skills. It is recommended to visit a different store or dine elsewhere.

The pizza was undercooked and they forgot to include the additional icing I ordered. I had to drive back to the restaurant only to find out they didn't have any icing in the first place. Instead of being honest and informing me earlier, they tried to distract me by giving me two ranch cups and a marinara sauce. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We ordered a large order almost 60$. Wings were good but our pizza n breadsticks were not cooked. You could taste the raw dough. A waste of our money.

Part of our order was not available and the manager immediately took care of us with a phone call and an acceptable replacement. The pizza was great as usual.
