The service was excellent. I called in to place an order, and it was ready in just a few minutes. I felt that the size of the sub-sandwich did not quite match the price we paid. However, overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.

MY FAVORITE SUB SHOP! The bread is fantastic, and the tomatoes are always super fresh—no pink tomatoes here, just vibrant red ones full of flavor. I’ve been enjoying the Bratbeef for 30 years. My family loves turkey, tuna, Italian, and a few other options. Everyone loves it. It’s the best!

The food is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional. The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful if you're unsure about your order. If you're looking for a delicious option, I highly recommend trying the Yum Yum Sub!

I went to William since I was a child and never had an experience like today. We go in and order our sandwich. 1 yum yum. While we wait for six people who had ordered us, they had already received their food. In fact, while we waited another woman who had gone and ordered well after we said she can?t believe she got her sandwich before us, she did not seem too impressed by the level of service either based on her comments. My friend inquired about our sandwich and was brushed off and said they'll make it. He decided he had enough and went to sit in the car. I waited a few minutes and then I asked about my sandwich and the young woman who worked with?we?ve was busy, you need to relax?. I said I waited for half an hour and that everyone who eats in the store had ordered me. She was still mad at me and told me to relax. Another client in the restaurant did not seem to appreciate how she talked to me and said that I patiently waited for over half an hour and from the more than 20 years he had come here, he had never seen it so confused. I get mistakes, and our ticket was lost in the sniff of things, but there is absolutely no excuse to treat a person as this young woman did. I feel that the other girls in the restaurant felt similar to it was quite shocking. At the end we didn't get what we ordered exactly, but at this point it didn't matter, we just wanted to go and get finished with this experience.

My family has been eating here all my life 50yrs . My mom ate here as a child as well. ?I can remember when they were 25 cents? One of my fondest childhood memories with my grandparents/ great-grandparents. And, the tradition continues with my children. Yes, 5 generations have enjoyed these subs. THANK YOU, for being around all these years and the wonderful memories made? My mouth is watering at the thought of these yummy subs. ?
