At Odalys, everything is approximate, made of bric-et-de-broc. Almost all wall sockets are removed. The microwave makes a thunderstorm. The fridge trembles and is full of screws and nuts. The vacuum cleaner is in 4 pieces and obviously does not aspire. The walls are not straight and the windows are no extra: the insects are kings there (the spiders and scorpions present by ten on arrival!! and to clean every day). The shutter is also repaired by a screw and fails to fall at each opening. The water hunt works once on two and the brush is broken. Our neighbors no longer have a clim and when they arrived cigarette butts were crushed in coffee cups and unclad trash. There is no Check-in or Check-out. When you go to the reception to inform and challenge them, you are kindly told that “it’s like this” and globally no one will ever intervene. So the staff is nice but be ignorant and foot-and-hand tied either it’s blazed and doesn’t care anymore about any problem and just gives you a smile. Pools are of good quality and satisfy children. The safety of slides is not assured. You will be asked to come in a swimsuit and without bath shorts (definitions and very subjective reasons) but no control will ever be exercised: so you can go in a bath lesson! There's a lot of wasps around the pool. The buvette is correct with pleasant animations. Drinks are good. The children's club is also rather qualitative and free what is pleasant to be able to have a few hours without the children!

Very nice family holiday, apart from the cleanliness of the accommodation everything was good. The children broke out in the slides, full of animations, and especially the hosts and staff of the residence are especially nice! Thanks to them. And the Ardèche is a beautiful region
