Bidra med feedbackI stopped by to get a take-out coffee and was pleasantly surprised to discover that all their cakes and brownies were gluten-free. I chatted with the staff member there, who mentioned she is a fully trained pastry chef. She explained that while the food is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten (as it’s connected to a restaurant), the gluten-free items are made in a separate area that is thoroughly cleaned. We had just eaten lunch, so we didn’t purchase any food this time, but she was very knowledgeable about cross-contamination, and my daughter, who has celiac disease, would have felt completely comfortable eating there. Just a note: the café is called Time Traveller, and it has an entrance on the street. I believe there’s a separate entrance for The Estuary Club, which it is a part of. I'm not sure if the restaurant itself offers gluten-free options that are safe for those with celiac disease.
