Subway - Sale

Late lunch for me, but the underground sale was still busy and there is a good reason for it, great location and service plus the eating is consistently good.

I’m really disappointed that you’ve replaced lettuce with cabbage on your subs. My daughter has a colostomy bag and cannot digest cabbage, so this change means we can no longer enjoy your food. You've lost customers with this decision.

If you enjoy waiting half an hour for your meal and biting into a messy, poorly made sub that’s soaked in sauce, then I would suggest checking out Sale Subway. The service and the food are both disappointing.

It wasn't busy maybe 3 customers in the store and i was left waiting easily for 10 mins by 3 staff at the counter... i was hands on hips by the end, about to turn karen, not even an acknowledgement i was there. Maybe too busy cleaning up or gossiping i dont know, i wasnt involved. So one of their friends walked in, two staff dropped everything for a chat, i was still there. One staff member grabbed all the remaining cookies and gave it to her... theft or gift... im unsure. But i certainly wasnt able to buy them. I walked out at that point. Stick ya sub i though, Shocked and appalled i left, i felt like i was a nuisance being in the store... i wont be returning, i dont think you should either.
