Burger King - Salem

I've been to the worst Burger King ever, and I would not recommend it. The service was very slow, even without a line, and they always got my order wrong. This happened on all three of my visits, so I never wanted to go back again. However, four years later with a new manager, Burger King has made a comeback. The service is friendly and they go out of their way to fix any problems. I would give it 5 stars now!

The food was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. The prices were very reasonable.

I usually receive good service at my local Burger King in Salem, but unfortunately, my latest experience left something to be desired. I love the Impossible Whopper because it tastes like a regular burger, but it is meatless. I have trouble digesting red meat so I try to avoid it as much as possible to prevent the excruciating pain that follows. However, recently I ordered what I thought was an Impossible Whopper, only to discover that it was actually a real beef burger mistakenly placed in an Impossible Whopper wrapper. Needless to say, I suffered from extreme discomfort all night as a result. The staff at Burger King should be more careful and attentive to prevent mistakes like this from happening in the future.

If you say your going to open at 6 am then do it. Pathetic

They seem to be improving. We've eaten there three times within the last 6 weeks and have had a good experience all around. Twice in the drive thru and was served and gone in 5 minutes. Tonight went in. Again served promptly. All times the food was hot, fresh and correct.
