Over twenty minutes in the drive thru for a single fish sandwich.I could see one vehicle at the window, one in front of me at the speaker, and then just me when I pulled up.The van at the speaker waited some ridiculous amount of time to get attention. By the time I waited on the window car, then can and I got my food I had spent over twenty minutes.Then they put no tartar sauce on it or in the bag.

Ordered biscuits gravy 2 over medium eggs for breakfast on 7/10/23. When I got to my destination and opened my container to eat, the eggs whites weren’t done. If you don’t know how to do over medium eggs then don’t try, but don’t under cook the eggs and put it on top of the rest of the food. I just threw the slop away. Don’t think I’ll be back at this location, the inside has so many flies because they leave the drive thru window open, I asked about a fly swat or hanging some fly paper before.

Sat in the drive-thru line for 10-15 minutes before leaving. My order was one blizzard. Orders were taken every few minutes. Then we just sat. Multiple people left the line after ordering. I'm guessing they're severely understaffed. But DQ has been around long enough you would think they know how to manage a line.

My wife and I went through the drive thru for a quick meal. That ended up taking 15 or so minutes. I ordered a bbq chicken strip basket. I got a plain basket. My wife’s burger had two hairs in it and had tomatoes which we requested to be removed. We received no straws for our drinks. We didn’t even get a receipt for proof of purchase. I’m done with DQ. No recommendations.

The cashier who helped us was extremely dismissive toward my wife and myself. When we ordered one cream for our 2 little ones he was more worried about hanging out with friends than taking orders or getting them
