Panda Group Inc - Salem

Every time, literally, every time I go to this place, they buried them to grub hub or another online ordering site. They have the small printer who sits and just dumps online orders and everyone gets a nice cut right in front of me, although I am next to me, forced to sit and watch just how all food is taken and if there is no more food, then they ask what I want. I'm asking what's clear now and they're telling me I have to wait. If you had taken my order when I was next and not 7 more grub Hub people and 20 minutes later, then I would have had my order and was out of the business and the person at home waiting for their food would not know that the difference from it or the driver a wrong turn. I am physically in the store and will be ignored even if I bring it to the staff. They offer me a free little drink and then I go back to wait because a new order from grub hub just came.. It was like watching a 3 ring circus where everyone walks around with the heads cut off, nobody knew what was going on. This place needs someone from Korp to come and show them what's going on. I'm not going back to be ignored.

It's a Panda, if like their food, this location serves it well. No complaints about this location, restaurant was clean, everything was readily ordable and the line was short.

They give out the separated chop sticks ? if you know you know. Always fresh when I've been there but the power greens have an odd whitish sauce I'm not fond of.

If you're in a rush, I'd suggest to go in an order as opposed to ordering online to pick up. We were in and out while there was a group of people waiting for their orders. Food's not bad, the kids behind the counter were all pretty nice. All in all a good experience. Looks like you can dine inside but we took ours to go.

Super friendly staff! Clean place to eat at. The guy up front was full of energy. I would come here again to eat! This time I did do take out but I wanted to go inside to see how it looked. Food for express 5 Service 5 Checking out 5 Condiments are at the front register is you are ordering get your extras there.
