After reading some reviews, it appears that my experience was not unique. I visited this restaurant with my 2-year-old for breakfast. We waited for 10 minutes while several staff members walked by without acknowledging us at all—no one offered us water or even a simple greeting. I finally had enough when I noticed a nearby table being seated and having their drink order taken while we continued to wait. I had intended to purchase a variety of items for dinner, including a cowboy steak from the butcher, but the lack of attention and concern from the staff has driven me away. This place seems to be struggling to deliver even the most basic level of service.

The food is overpriced and not good at all. My dinner was served cold, and my husband's pasta was clumpy. It was a disappointing experience!

We had a fantastic evening by the fire pits at Tuscan Market. Ryan, the manager, made our night memorable as we celebrated a friend's wedding. The gelato was some of the best we've ever had; we tried the Pumpkin, Pistachio, and Lime flavors, and each one was delicious. Thank you, Ryan, for making our visit to Tuscan Village such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning soon! Service: Dine-in.

I took my family to lunch today, and we had quite a wait—over an hour—before our food arrived. We ordered two grilled chicken salads, a kids' pasta, and a cheese pizza, which isn't anything too complicated. We had made our order clear right away since the kids were hungry and we had plans afterward. Unfortunately, our waitress wasn’t very friendly or approachable, but I can usually overlook that if the food comes out quickly and meets expectations. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time, and the food was quite underwhelming. I definitely won't be returning!
