The Hot Spot - Salina

So glad we decided to try The Hot Spot during our overnight stop in Salina! Food was great and the pumpkin shakes were awesome; we were the guinea pigs for the shakes, and if you like pumpkin, they are definitely worth trying. Only a October special though, so get there soon. It was great to see young local kids coming here and ordering their food and drinks. They were personable and polite, and the staff worked well with them to take their orders. Very nice to see!

I went there tonight and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. When the car in front of me left I pulled up to the window and waited for over 10 minutes no one ever came to the window so I left. They weren’t even busy. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They've changed their burger buns. So sad!! I've tried a cheeseburger twice in the last couple of weeks and the bun ruins it. Still love the fries but will never order a burger again. Best food around!!! Chicken tacos are delicious and the salads are YUMMY!! Lots of varieties of shakes and best sherbet! I miss the good ole days working there but glad I can still go home and enjoy some tasty food!
