Kristy's Donuts - Salinas

The new management that’s there it’s horrible. Quality of service has gone down. Always gets my order wrong. They never seem to understand my dad that speak Spanish. Why do other businesses have the common sense to hire somebody that speaks multiple languages? especially if you’re open 24 hours last owner and management was wonderful. how do you get a BAGEL and a croissant mixed up I ended up with two croissants with the tiniest amount of cream cheese. And the regular croissant bowls have completely gone down in quality croissants are not supposed to be dry and hard glad I don’t come here as often since the new management

Bought a dozen for a customer meeting because they were close by. I did not try any of the donuts, it seemed pretty basic. A dozen assorted will run you about $18.

My fiancé and I got a half dozen donuts and two boba drinks. I noticed immediately that the price of the half dozen donuts was $1+ more expensive than my usual go-to donut place. One of the donuts which had Oreos on top was $1 extra on top of that. Instead of putting the donuts in a box, the worker put the 6 donuts in a bag which ended up squishing all the donuts which were near the bottom of the bag. The donuts also did not taste or feel fresh and were dry. The boba drinks tasted like a pretty standard boba mix but the pearls were some of the worst pearls I've ever had in a boba drink. They were hard and cold instead of soft and chewy like they're supposed to be. I think they were probably really low quality and left over. We didn't end up finishing our donuts or drinks.

Kristy's is by far the best in Salas. It's up there with my favorite donut shops they make a mean glazed donut, the creulers, and the old fashioned are out of the ball park.If you like classic old school donuts done perfect then look no furth Kristy's is 24hrs a day and has all the flavors you could ask for. Come for the donuts stay for the consistent quality. Always fresh!
