Bidra med feedbackThe prices were a bit high for the basic items I ordered. I'm sure there are other things on the menu that are good, but what I got was not worth the price. The atmosphere was nice and I felt comfortable. The service was fast.
It would have been preferable to not have any customer service workers at all! If only there was a self-service option available, then I could have avoided the rude treatment and discrimination and had a much more pleasant experience. I decided to leave instead of being ignored by the staff.
The ice cream is mediocre and nothing special. The service is terrible! They are more focused on choosing a song than attending to the customers. The mangonada was all melted because the employees were too busy having side conversations. Very disappointing experience.
Called establishment and a lady answered in Spanish. I asked questions regarding allergies, she kept responding no . I got the idea that she didn 't understand me, so I asked a clarifying question, and she just hung up on me! If you don 't know how to speak English that 's fine, but it 's not fine answering the questions with no or yes, and not knowing what the hell you 're saying. You must have a very low IQ to not understand the difference. If I didn 't question the language barrier, the results could 've been life-threatening to my family. Extremely disappointing. Also this place needs milk alternatives! Not everyone can drink milk from a cow breast.
