Villa Azteca - Salinas

I actually met the owner at LAX before they even opened. I was returning from Costs Rica and he was returning from vacation in Oaxaca, Mexico. We talked for a little bit and I resolved to try the restaurant when it opened. I don't eat out regularly, but have been to Villa Azteca 4 or 5 times. The food is ALWAYS delicious! No joke. Go try it out. Creative and delicious...I will be back!

We found this place on a whim. It has been a while since a restaurant's food, and ambiance left a mark. The service was great, the food was so good I nearly stuffed myself trying to finish my plate. If you're trying to make a choice right now, choose this place!!!!

This is a perfect date night spot! I've brought my girlfriend here more than 10 times and every single time the food is amazing. The complimentary chips and salsa alone should be a reason you come here. The food I would say has Mexican flavors but with a unique twist that you just need to try. I personally get the chille relleno, tacos or for lunch the carne asada fríes which are always amazing. This service is good, they are not over the top amazing with there service but I would still 100% recommend this place.
