Ihop - Salisbury

We stopped during the trip. They were made of fruit and vegetables. My son asked for a grilled cheese and they sent 2 pieces of toast with unmelted cheese. We ordered frits and onion rings. Friends were great! Onion rings were burned and looked terrible. Definitely disappointed. I will say that our waitress was very nice and under the circumstances did a good job.

Stay away from this place. My family and I have been a customer of this IHOP for 18+ years. Lately, this place has the worse customer service. The last few visits have been very unpleasant, but this last was a complete nightmare, the wait is terrible. This last time we waited 1 1/2hrs before we finally got up tried to pay for the drinks and left. The manager just said, ?don?t worry about it, have a good day? not an apology or explanation as to why they made us wait for nothing. The staff that is there now is incompetent.

This location was out of a good portion of their menu items. The plus for them was that they told us before we were seated, but that a truck would be delivering in 2 days. We left because of the lack of options, which left one member of our party with no choices due to food allergies.

Food was good. Need to hire more people though, wait wasn?t long despite that

I wanted to leave a good review because the lady that works here just got yelled at by another patron. When we came in the hostess was explaining that it would be 30 minutes to be seated because there was only one Server and one Cook. The ?lady? said, ?You can?t even seat me?!? She said, ?Mam, if we seat you, you?ll expect service right then and we cannot with our staff. We would rather you know up front, rather than you sit and wait.? I think she did the right thing, but she still got yelled at. That ?lady? was harsh! We waited and got wonderful service. Especially our hostess, Becky. So sweet!!
