Pahalgam Resort And Cottages - Sallar

Stayed here during our Kashmir trip in October. The place offers very basic facilities and amenities. We had booked rooms through the local travel agent who coordinated our trip. This resort was indicated to be 3/4 star category, however it does not deserve any stars ! The rooms were not clean enough, bed linen as nd blankets appeared used, broken buckets in the toilet with no toiletries provided. Food was just about ok. It is a good location offering great views, sadly wasted.

It's the worst experience in my life ever, i keep traveling but having this kind of pathetic experience was totally unfair. The MD of the Hotel was so rude they spoiled our school camping and same is the case with staff, they even didn't us to do what we wanted, The Receptionist behaved so rudely we were going to stay for 1 week we checked out on the 3rd day itself, Talking about their washroom that's the pathetic experience , there was no warm water we were given the cold water very poor service, I request everyone kindly don't visit there, In the market their are much more better optionsThank you
