Bidra med feedbackI was disappointed with the food, overcooked prawns (starter), main meal was bland and portions sizes are small and overpriced. We thought as it was Mother’s Day they were busy. Very unlikely to revisit.
I was very disappointed with the price for the portion size and along with this they don't give you free prawn crackers. The food was ok nothing special. Wouldn't go back or recommend.
I am very disappointed with the food I recieved from here. I paid 22 euro, including delivery, for one dish (Nasi Goreng) with added prawns and recieved a very small tub that consisted mostly of oyster sauce and large chunks of vegetables. There was very little rice or chicken which are the two main ingredients and are stated in the description of the dish. On top of this, the tub was swimming in this oyster sauce which was not in the description and I have never had when ordered from any other thai restaurant as it is a dry dish. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
Really sad and disappointing experience received tonight from the Thai wok station Sallins. We order regularly from Thai company and last week ordered and specified the time like we always do. It’s arrived and hour early and the only one home was my daughter who answered the door . Rang us as we were out walking and told us food had arrived . We specified the time as my partner was working and home at that time so it would be hot and fresh when he got home. I rang them immediately so say the orders an hour early and were not home. The guy I spoke to said we would get a new order out or we can raise a credit note for next time you can get a free order. I said that’s ok we will do that. I rang tonight to use that credit and was told it’s was for only one meal not the full order . The manager didn’t even want to talk to me held me on hold for 10 mins and just said it’s 10 days ago and we can’t do anything for u. I tried to explain again and he just wouldn’t listen to me. To be honest Of he said we’re so sorry we can give u half the new order I would of said ok no problem but the way I was handled and dismissed. Lack of communication he said to me I said yes but I am the customer that’s your staff training they should of explained properly procedure to me about there policy. They said we accepted the food. I said we had no choice we weren’t home . My 14 year old was home and accepted it while we were out walking I rang immediately when she called me. Waste of time and energy. Would not recommend or order from here again. In the current climate they need to learn business and customer service is key.
Starter for 2 was great. I got the green curry and there was definitely not enough sauce. Very dry and it could have been tastier.
