Bidra med feedbackOn a Thursday we decide to have lunch at Can Serrallonga Restaurant in Salt, Girona. We enter a cozy little restaurant and receive a friendly welcome. There is a place available. The daily menu costs 11 € including drinks and coffee. As a starter we choose the lentejas and the fideua. The lentejas tastes excellent and the fideua tastes delicious. It is a pity that, apart from a few pieces of squid, there is no filling. A pity, because then it would have been a very very good dish. As main course we choose the chiperones with ajo perejill and fries and the lomo with salad. The chiperones are deliciously flavored and finished with the ajo perejill. The lomo is simply seasoned but good and 3 pieces is a big portion. For dessert we opt for the lemon mouse and yogurt with strawberry jam. Both home made and especially the lemon mouse tastes delicious. We finish very satisfied with a full belly and a coffee. There is only 1 disadvantage in this restaurant and that is that the dishes are listed by the waiter. Even though he speaks Spanish to us clearly and not too quickly, it is not possible to think for a moment, especially if there is any doubt between a few tasty dishes. A printed or written sheet of paper would be very welcome. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back again. Love this place each time even more. It is genuine, authentic and has very welcoming atmosphere. Besides that they cook exquisite outstanding CARGOLS to die for. Don't miss the chance to try. Better book in advance.

Fuimos de comida con el trabajo, menu barato y muy bueno, los camareros.muy amables y bien servicio
És un restaurant català molt tradicional i històric, com el seu nom. Aquí els cambrers et canten els plats del menú tan ràpid i detallat que ja vas fent gana imaginant què menjaràs. El menú és molt complert i variat. Els postres són també cassolans. No vam tenir que esperar per seure perquè vam arribar una mica abans de les dues. Cinc minuts després tot el local estava ple, doncs es conegut com un indret agradable i deliciós pel veïnat de Salt.
