Bidra med feedbackIt's a great place to celebrate any special occasion. The staff is polite, the dishes are delicious, and there's a wide variety of options. The music is pleasant, and overall, I highly recommend it—you won't regret it!
The food is delicious, but I’m giving it 1 star due to the administrator who doesn't know how to communicate with the staff. She has no problem using foul language toward the team and even gesturing aggressively at them—it’s high time for her to be replaced! I remember about five years ago when there was a friendly atmosphere and we often held corporate events there, but it seems their patience isn't endless either. Additionally, it was disappointing when we ordered sushi for 5,500 and they suddenly asked us to pay for delivery, even though it was previously free for orders over 600 rubles. We used to enjoy sitting in the VIP area often, but after witnessing the administrator’s behavior and the poor treatment, I have completely lost the desire to go back.
The food is decent, but the 90s-style decor is quite unappealing. It's about time for a change.
This café is quite cozy and conveniently located in the center of the village of Samarskoe. Inside, the atmosphere is festive and inviting, with a large main hall and a smaller room that features a long table with chairs, a sofa, and armchairs. There are also outdoor gazebos in the courtyard, where we celebrated our 9th graders' graduation in the summer. Everything is good, but I do feel sorry for the one waitress who has to handle everything during a banquet—bringing, taking away, cleaning up—all by herself! The food is at an average level, not quite restaurant quality, but still tasty for a café. One minor inconvenience is having to run to the bathroom in the large hall if you're in the small room, as it requires going outside. Overall, I recommend this place!
We decided to order rolls and sushi. The sushi was fine, but they mixed up the rolls. When we tried to address the issue, they started blaming us for the mistake, even though we clearly stated our order. They told us it wasn't their problem, and the staff didn't even apologize. We thought they might at least send the courier back, who had just left two minutes earlier, but they said he didn't want to come back. Instead, they told us to order a taxi ourselves and bring the rolls back to them for a refund. In the end, they basically said, "If you want, bring them back," and then hung up.
