Regent Thai Restaurant - San Andreas

Have been ordering from Regent Thai for years and their dishes have never disappointed. Very flavorful, extensive menu with quick and friendly service. The pricing is better than most places in the city (though the portion sizes are smaller, as well). Definitely a hidden gem of a restaurant.

Fast, great food, great service and great atmosphere! And it’s cheap! I don’t understand how a place this great in San Francisco can have this great of prices. 100% worth a try for anyone considering.

Six years ago, I used to come here once or twice a week for lunch. I was in the neighborhood today, and feeling nostalgic, so I came for lunch. I had the roasted duck curry. It was so good. The slickness is just right. It was spicy without burning, and the flavor is spot on. I’m always worried that the duck would be old, and it wasn’t the case. The duck was fresh and plentiful. I ate every single bit of curry and steam rice. I also had Thai iced tea with light ice. Perfect amount of sweetness. For dessert, I had sticky rice with Thai custard. It was good but I’ve had sticky rice in other restaurants that tasted better. The service is excellent. All in all, I’m glad I came here, and highly recommend this restaurant.

Top notch. Excellent service and delicious entrées. I loved everything although 3 in our cre did agree that the salmon was a little overly salty. Everything else was fantastic.
