Chicken Express - San Angelo

This is a fast food chicken place. The chicken was pretty decent. The service is pretty slow. But it won't stop

Well I don't normally leave reviews especially for fast food restaurants. We went through the drive-thru today on November 2, 2022 at approximately 6:40 p.m. after ordering our food we pulled up and paid at the window. While waiting for are food at the window for about 10 minutes or so no big deal we noticed several employees going out to a black Dodge Charger in the parking lot. The employees then emerged from this black Dodge Charger with copious amounts of smoke extruding from the vehicle to which I can only hope was a cigarette lol. None of the employees wash their hands and walk back behind the counter and begin serving food beauty of windows lol. maybe someone should explain this to to your employees Then we were given our food and we went home, the chicken was cold lack of any kind of taste extremely Bland and the rolls were disgusting. If the owner or manager of this place reads this I would suggest checking your security cameras for November 2nd 2022 at approximately 6:40 p.m. for a black Dodge Charger parked in the parking lot right in front of your drive-thru line so you could witness your employees going out to smoke and coming back in and serving their foods without washing their hands. Might consider better nighttime management too..

I worked in Weatherford Texas before I came to the military. Personal Know / Know the Authors of Chicken Express?. The Stuart family would paint out when they saw the state of this store. Trash everywhere. Nothing clean. Sit here with not another soul in the dining room and no rush at all. Trash cans full. No napkins. This place is unfortunately the best in San Angelo, but is terrible as employees wake up. Along with being on their phones during orders, it simply shows how people are no longer proud of work

Lousy experience. a star was too much. Cashier looked insulted that you came to give them your business. I ordered my food, asked for butter for the roll I pd. He looked, told me we were made of butter, but the rolls had something on the chest. I'm waiting for food, I was finally prepared. opened the box, no Hushpuppies. Back to the counterpart I'm going, the writer turned back to me, stretched out as if he was drilled. I asked about Hushpuppies. He'll go to the freezer, get some, tell me it'll take a few minutes.
