Starbucks - San Angelo

Satisfactory as every starbucks is quite consistent and only keeps standards good. This location is small not much parking and in the middle of two streets. It could probably update a bit. it seems somehow dated. Parking: limited parking

Horrible customer service I did not know. Starbucks was allowed to refuse to make your drink the way you ordered it I ordered the drink the same way I do passing through as I do it every other Starbucks once a day, sometimes twice a day, same drink, same exact way and they refused and argued with me at the window very rudely and told me no I would never stop here again ever horrible

Jehu was rude receiving my order and giving it to me. He gave me the wrong drink and had to go back to get it fixed. Thankfully the girl who fixed it for me was polite.

Coffee shops have always been expensive but I feel like I'm spending $12 a visit now and most of the time, my drinks taste watery. Or they're out of a milk alternative. If you order food on the app, they make it right away, which is great if you're going to be there in the next couple minutes, but my $5 tiny sandwich is always cold by the time I get there, usually about 10-12 minutes after I place my order. This wouldn't be an issue if they weren't so busy, but the parking lot is a nightmare and the drive thru line often circles around the whole building. Going inside is usually a pleasant experience, it's just not super fun trying to park in that lot. I will say the customer service is pretty good as everyone uas always been helpful and friendly despite them working a thousand miles an hour most of the time. Must be all the coffee they're drinking!
