Open as a restaurant since late 2012, this old boiler building has already earned a good reputation among locals thanks to the quality of its dishes, variety of beers, and spectacular presentation. On weekends, it fills up with young people looking for meat and live music; while on weekdays, it is common to find executives enjoying a select business meal. The preparation of the meats is exquisite, I was impressed by the bison tartare. The skewers are also outstanding; the lamb skewer with mint chimichurri is a burst of flavor. But the dish that left me speechless -especially in a restaurant specializing in meats- was the cheese. A bubbling pot of Swiss cheese ready to spread on artisan bread toast.
