Excellent place to eat! We had a great serving staff! Sarah and Boston were very attentive to our needs, plates stayed full! They anticipated our needs.

Our first time dinning here tonight at Brasao Brazilian Steakhouse. The taste (seasoning) of the steak if I compare to Chama Gauci is not as good but Brasao has more selection of salad bar. The beats is hard taste like it was from a can. The beef ribs was dry. I love the brown sugar grilled pineapple the best dessert. I also love the cheese bread better than Chama Gauci. Also Brasao has jumbo grilled shrimp it was also delicious. Lastly be careful of the gratuity pay added to the cost of the meal. We did not realized until we get home look at the receipt again and noticed gratuity.

The food and service was amazing. We had Boston as our waiter who was great. He made great drink suggestions and was very attentive.

Food was great but I was charged twice for the one visit. One of them was a chip read , the other one according to my credit card company was a manual entry which led my credit card company and myself to think that fraud was involved by way of the staff. They apparently didn't think I was going to look at my credit card statement I guess. When I called to talk to the manager he said that he was going to look into it but there was nothing he could do to force a refund on just one of those charges which quite frankly I don't believe. If you have a point of sale system then you surely have the means to force a refund there's no such thing as a point-of-sale system that would not do that. It's been a few days and have yet to have anybody contact me from that restaurant. The food and atmosphere was good but it's certainly not worth being scammed by the staff.
