Mcdonald's - San Antonio

This device is one, almost, always busy, but it is a pretty damn, sharp, very clean and very well managed, mickey d’s! that could be because it's a training shop, from what I understand. but at several visits I have observed the day personnel, from morning to late in the afternoon shift, staff. from management to training. are attentive, almost all employees, have friendly smiles, great settings and seem to actually enjoy their work environment! wish more mcdonald’s stores would follow suit. I could visit her more often!

Very busy drive thru, so I expected that food will be turned around and fresh and hot, but sad it was not. fries, nugget and fish sandwich were cold and the sprit tasted like good water or something strange.... there was enough for me. I usually don't eat at mcdonalds, but this experience just reminded me of why.

It takes a little time to learn their new way of ordering food at the Kiosk when dining in. Some of the questions you're asked are redundant and still have to tell the Employees what you requested. Vagrants went inside the Restaurant asking patrons for money and to use the restroom.

This McDonald's has received 100 scores from the health department the last few inspections. I have always received good food and customer service .

Manager Michelle was so kinda along with her colleague! There was a mix up with my order and she did everything and beyond to make my morning better. Great job keep up the good work
