Nov. 2022: Order Impromptu Dinner at @milanoitaliangrill Stone Oak. At first, when I saw the bill, it seemed expensive, but when I came home with the food, I realized that the dishes were good for 2 and were generous. We have the Lasagna, the Dad and I shared. Dad likes Artichoke and Spinach Dip. Probably better hot. My husband had the White Linguine Clams who were decent. Also the Penne Pasta ordered. We had Line 39 Pinot Noir with dinner. It was from HEB. Pretty good for the price! Persimmon for Dessert courtesy of my cousin Shirley in California. The fruits are from their backyard! Altogether, pretty good. If you're in the Stone Oak area, look at this! 2020: My husband and I were in the Wurbach-Location for a while and enjoyed dinner there. Yesterday, a group of neighbors met for a happy hour, so I joined. Happy Hour Specials for drinks and food are very reasonable and good to see the variety of food offered. Some of us got the wine a little white while some have chosen red. I chose the Pinot Noir and it was good. I also have the aubergines Parmesan and added one side of angel hair pasta with marinara sauce. One of my neighbors got the shrimp Milano, who looked delicious. Another neighbor got the Ravioli with various fillings. Everyone enjoyed the food, drinks and businesses! I definitely come back to try their other foods like the scallops. Talal, the owner, came to our table and seemed quite reserved. Dennis was mainly our server. He was very efficient to take all our orders and serve us our food and drinks. The only drawback is that Dennis was alone to negate the bar and take care of the high tables, including ours. This caused a delay for us to get our bill and pay. Maybe they were short.
Milano is never disappointed. the quiet dining room is also a big plus. mete with 2 friends for lunch and had a nice experience. I don't remember my waiter name, but she was so good. the tea glasses 2x filled and so polite. I had the chicken picata that I feel is the best in san antonio. the food was hot and big. many thanks for her place #1
All four had great meals. The portions are very generous. The next day always a lot for leftovers.
The wait time was short and we were able to get a cozy table. The bread with garlic oil was yummy. The service from Mr. Younes was great as well. The food was five stars. Pretty dishes. I ordered the chicken cannelloni, which is like an Italian enchilada and it was the bomb! So melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Their sugarosa sauce is a red/white cheese sauce and I highly recommend it. Spouse got the chicken parm. This was a fancy night out for us!
